**About The Role
** We are seeking a top-performing Account Executive to drive and execute sales strategies for one of our key AI clients. This role is ideal for a high-achieving professional who thrives in fast-paced, growth-driven environments and is eager to make a lasting impact.
As a trusted advisor, you will ensure that client partnerships align with business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while also expanding and strengthening existing accounts. This role demands a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, as you will be instrumental in building high-value relationships and driving revenue growth.

**Your Responsibilities

* Strategic Account Planning: Take a data-driven approach to identify, engage, and convert potential healthcare clients who would benefit from our solutions. Analyze market landscapes, industry trends, and customer dynamics to develop targeted sales strategies and drive long-term success.
* Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a strong, predictable pipeline that supports revenue growth. Use Salesforce and other tools to track forecasts, optimize sales activities, and maintain full pipeline visibility.
* Customer-Centric Selling: Guide clients through a personalized journey, using compelling storytelling and creative vision transfer to demonstrate the real-world impact of our solutions in the healthcare space. Tailor messaging to resonate with key decision-makers, ensuring alignment with their needs and challenges.
* Product Expertise & Market Insights: Become a trusted advisor by developing a deep understanding of our products and how they address healthcare-specific challenges. Gather customer feedback to inform the Product roadmap, provide actionable insights, and continuously refine our value proposition to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Building Long-Term Partnerships: Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and industry leaders. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, and Customer Success) to deliver outstanding customer outcomes and drive ongoing engagement.
* Turning Complexity into Clarity: Translate complex industry-specific needs into digestible, compelling customer-ready stories and materials, leveraging our suite of creative tools (presentations, documents, and more) to deliver impactful, easy-to-understand solutions.
**About You
**
* Proven experience in enterprise sales or account management within the healthcare sector.
* Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, decision-making processes, and regulatory considerations.
* Strategic and creative sales approach, leveraging data and insights to drive impactful conversations.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect and influence diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM tools to optimize sales operations, pipeline management, and reporting.
* Growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, high-achieving environment.
* Bilingual (English) – this role is 100% focused on the US market.
* Fully remote position – open to candidates based anywhere in Europe, working for US market.
* Preferred: Experience working in a Series A startup or high-growth environment.
