We seek a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our fraud prevention and account security initiatives. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to protect our users from fraudulent activities and enhance the security of their accounts. As a guardian of our users' trust and safety, you will be crucial in ensuring our platform remains secure and ahead of potential threats.

Who You Are 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or related areas within the financial services or crypto industry.
  • Strong understanding of fraud prevention methodologies, digital security technologies, and cryptocurrency-related security challenges.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project completion under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency and commitment to user security.
  • Sufficient IT knowledge to work with developers and other team roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish to collaborate with business and technical areas.
  • High capacity to solve and analyze problems with attention to detail.
  • High level of responsibility and ability to work autonomously and independently.
  • Experience working with agile development practices.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment.

What You Will Do 

  • Strategy Development: Work with the fraud and account security business teams to craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy for fraud prevention and account security aligned with the company’s objectives and user needs.
  • Product Ownership: Take full ownership of fraud prevention and account security projects from ideation through launch, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX/UI, legal, fraud, cybersec, infosec and compliance teams to develop and implement effective security measures.
  • Market and User Research: Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify emerging fraud trends and user security needs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform decisions, monitor product performance, and iterate on security features.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in on fraud prevention strategies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all fraud prevention and account security measures comply with regulatory requirements and best practices.
