Web Developer & Web Analyst (WordPress & PHP)

We are looking for a Web Developer & Web Analyst with strong experience in WordPress, PHP, and web infrastructure to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone analytical, proactive, and passionate about building and maintaining reliable web solutions for both internal operations and client-facing environments.

You will work closely with the DevOps and development teams to support web applications, optimize infrastructure processes, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web infrastructure and applications
• Build and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
• Manage internal and external server environments for clients
• Perform API integrations and database management
• Ensure system security, stability, and sustainability
• Collaborate with DevOps and technical teams on infrastructure improvements
• Support automation initiatives and process optimization
• Maintain accurate time reporting and follow internal workflows and training guidelines

Required Skills

• Strong experience with:
• PHP
• JavaScript & jQuery
• WordPress (including plugin customization)
• MySQL
• API Integrations
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-learning mindset and ability to work independently
• Team collaboration and communication skills
• Spanish speaker required
• English level B2 or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar
• Familiarity with web infrastructure and server environment management
• Understanding of security best practices for web applications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
