Descripción

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and support our sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and supporting our sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers
  • Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce our product/service and generate interest
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Identify key decision-makers within target companies and develop relationships with them
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and partners
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers and partners
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and insights
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and collateral to support sales efforts
  • Support the CRO in identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in B2B SaaS is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated to achieve goals and targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation

  • $36k base + competitive commissions
