As our Product Designer, you will work to simplify financial services in the cryptocurrency ecosystem and enable financial inclusion.
You will create innovative and user-friendly products that help us to become Latin America’s most loved crypto company.

Who You Are
- Fluent in English.
- Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in web/mobile design.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
- An exceptional portfolio that highlights UX/UI work for web and mobile apps and/or design systems (please share a link to your portfolio with us).
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in driving an end-to-end design process communicating design decisions to cross-functional partners, and negotiating for a final result that works for the business and for users.
- Experience discovering solutions through research and user testing (sharing prototypes with customers and internal stakeholders).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Extend and enhance our design system patterns.

- Review work from your teammates and provide mindful and actionable feedback.
