**The Role

** **Position: Content & Marketing Assistant

** I’m looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Content & Marketing Assistant to help grow our impact.

This role will manage content and lead generation across multiple platforms for various programs.

I need to remove myself as the bottleneck in processes, launches, and high-stakes deadlines.

This role will be able to take ideas to action with detail, authority, and critical thinking.

This is NOT a “Virtual Assistant” role.

The right candidate will be specialized in content creation using my voice and core values (Yes, you can use AI - but do not waste my time with straight copy and paste content - I WILL KNOW), building sales pages in HighLevel (do NOT need to be an “expert” funnel builder - but you DO need to be functional, fast, and design savvy), and launching online paid courses and masterminds (if I have to explain what lead magnet, conversion event, and evergreen mean - this is not the right fit).

**What You’ll Do

**
* Support marketing launches, challenges, and product releases
* Manage and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
* Format and schedule regular emails to my list based on product launch schedules
* Organize and streamline content for my evergreen courses and marketing funnels
* Support marketing launches, challenges, and product releases
* Work inside HighLevel CRM to build and manage funnels and campaigns



**Who You Are

**
* A content wizard who can match my voice and style effortlessly
* A self-starter who loves getting things done without constant oversight
* Experienced in HighLevel CRM (this is a must!)
* Someone who gets online business, personal branding, and digital marketing



**Ideal Profile

**
* You have at least 1 year experience within a Content Marketing or Admin Assistant role, ideally within the IT industry.
* You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
* You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
* You have working knowledge of GoHighLevel and Funnel
* Experience within would be a strong advantage.
* You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
* You are a strong networker & relationship builder
* You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
