Full Stack Engineer / Tech Lead

We are looking for a highly seasoned Full Stack Engineer to take on a technical leadership role. You will be instrumental in defining technical direction, mentoring peers, and driving major feature development. This role requires the ability to demonstrate a flexible execution style—a candidate who is pragmatic, adaptable, and focused on delivering high-quality, impactful results without being overly rigid or "picky."

You must exhibit strong proactivity, teamwork, adaptability, and independence to lead projects effectively in our fast-paced, small-team environment.

Qualifications

Experience & Communication

• 10+ years of professional experience in full stack development is a significant plus.
• Strong English proficiency (writing, understanding, and speaking) is mandatory. Candidates who do not show a strong grasp of the language will not be considered.
• Experience with start-ups and leading individual development projects is required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear, concise technical documentation.

Leadership & Execution

• Proven Leadership Skills (proactivity, teamwork, adaptability, and independence) are a must.
• Experience with team management, mentorship, or technical guidance is a bonus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project scoping.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and version control with Github.

Technical Expertise

Front-End Development

• Proficient in ReactJS, Redux, CSS, SASS.
• High proficiency in Javascript and Typescript.
• Experience with GraphQL and React Native (No expo).
• Bonus: Experience in utilizing Storybook for UI development.

Back-End Development

• Skilled in Node.js, NestJS, ExpressJS.
• Experience with Serverless and Docker.
• Extensive experience in building scalable server-side applications.
• Familiar with AWS services, MongoDB, Redis, Sockets, and CI/CD.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Competent in applying testing frameworks to ensure software reliability and performance.
