Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled **Fullstack Developer** with expertise in both backend and frontend development, as well as strong DevOps experience in AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend services while maintaining best practices in software development and deployment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Java.
* Build and optimize frontend applications with React (JavaScript/TypeScript) .
* Design and implement RESTful APIs to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable communication between microservices.
* Deploy and manage applications on AWS, using EC2, ECS, Amplify, and Secrets Manager efficiently.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI and GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine technical requirements.
* Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in both backend and frontend systems.
* Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
* Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to process improvements.
* Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.


**Requirements:**
* 8+ years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer.
* Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI) and Java. (Excluyente)

* Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
* Experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, ECS, Amplify, and Secrets Manager. (Excluyente)
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly CircleCI and GitHub. (Excluyente)
* Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Experience working with high-performance, high-demand teams.
