**Brief Overview

** We’re seeking an enthusiastic Junior Full-Stack Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our newly formed AI & Innovation team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on both front-end and back-end development while learning from experienced engineers. You’ll collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to build scalable, high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a solid foundation in software development, and thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

**Core Responsibilities

**
* Develop, test, and deploy both client-side and server-side applications with guidance from senior engineers.
* Work closely with the product management team to understand project requirements and contribute to solutions.
* Assist in optimizing applications for performance and scalability, ensuring smooth user experiences.
* Support the development and maintenance of backend services and APIs.
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
* Participate in code reviews and receive mentorship from senior engineers.
* Learn how AI and ML workflows fit into modern software development practices.



**Qualifications

**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 1–2 years of experience in full-stack development, internships, or relevant projects.
* Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Angular, or React.
* Basic understanding of back-end technologies like Node.js, Java, Python, and RESTful APIs.
* Basic understanding of AWS services like S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB or any other cloud platforms.
* Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git, for collaborative development.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* A passion for AI/ML and an eagerness to explore its applications in software development.
