* Full-time / Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time
* Salary: $7,000,000 - $9,000,000 COP



**Role Summary

** The Marketing Director oversees the marketing strategy and team, ensuring alignment with company goals. This role involves managing client relationships, serving as the primary contact for major clients, and meeting their needs. The Marketing Director handles strategic planning, develops marketing plans to drive growth and enhance brand presence, and leads the team by providing direction, support, and mentorship for high performance and collaboration. The Marketing Director is critical in driving our strategic vision and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and audience resonance.

**Responsibilities

**
* Develop and oversee the overall marketing strategy.
* Lead and manage the marketing team.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
* Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Ensure marketing goals align with business objectives.
* Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
* Analyze campaign performance and generate reports.
* Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
* Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.



**Qualifications

**
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* Experience in managing and leading a marketing team.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



**Preferred Qualifications

**
* MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business.
* Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.
* Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
