Multimedia Designer (PowerPoint Specialist)

**The Role**
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating professional, visually appealing designs for digital and print media, with a strong focus on corporate communication. **_The primary tool for this role is PowerPoint_** , and the designer will work on presentations, marketing materials, and internal and external communication assets. The role requires a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency, and experience working within brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials. The ideal candidate must have a background in large corporate environments and experience managing employer branding guidelines.


**Collaboration with Teams**
Work closely with Marketing, Internal Communications, and Delivery teams to understand project needs and create graphic content that aligns with the company’s branding and messaging.


**Top Job Responsibilities**
* **Graphic Design & Layout:** Develop high-quality visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for presentations, reports, newsletters, brochures, and sales collateral.
* **PowerPoint Presentations:** Design engaging, professional, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal teams and client meetings, ensuring effective communication of key messages while maintaining brand consistency.
* **Branding & Employer Brand Guidelines:** Ensure strict adherence to corporate branding and employer brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity across all materials.
* **Corporate Communication Materials:** Design internal and external communication assets such as infographics, posters, and email templates, tailored to corporate standards.
* **Video & Animation (Basic):** Support the creation of basic motion graphics or video editing when needed, ensuring alignment with corporate branding.


The ideal candidate should have experience working in large corporate environments, managing employer brand materials, and maintaining high-quality design standards in a professional setting.


Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of the tool.
* Proficiency in multimedia design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects (graphic design, video production, animations, etc.)
* Experience with video editing and motion graphics software.
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment with a variety of stakeholders.
* Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
* Corporate or institutional experience in designing content that adheres to organizational branding and communication standards (3-5 years preferred).




Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in multimedia design, video production, and graphic design (3-5 years preferred)
