IF YOU ARE


* Experienced in NetSuite, especially Items (products), SuiteBilling, and subscriptions
* Familiar with Scrum and Agile methodologies, optimizing workflows, and managing Agile teams
* Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance
* Proficient in backlog management, prioritization, and alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations
* Confident in Kanban board management, driving workflow visibility and team productivity
* Strong communicator, effectively liaising with stakeholders, end users, and development teams
* Proactive problem solver, identifying issues and implementing solutions to enhance NetSuite functionalities
* Strategic thinker, balancing team leadership with hands-on NetSuite execution

* Lead and manage a cross-functional team, ensuring high performance and smooth collaboration
* Serve as the primary communication point between stakeholders, end users, and the team
* Manage and prioritize the team backlog, aligning tasks with business goals and stakeholder needs
* Monitor and control execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes
* Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including team meetings, retrospectives, and Scrum-related activities
* Maintain and manage the Kanban board, optimizing workflows for efficiency and visibility
* Execute NetSuite-related tasks, focusing on functional areas such as items (products), Suite Billing, and subscriptions
* Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize NetSuite functionalities, ensuring they meet business requirements
* Collaborate with technical and functional teams to implement NetSuite solutions effectively
* Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance business operations
