You'll engage directly with customers, gather insights, and guide the agile development process to enhance customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and profitability — all while exploring ways to integrate AI and cutting-edge tech into product features.

• Lead client interviews to gather insights on ISP billing and operational workflows
• Identify inefficiencies and design intuitive, automated processes
• Aggregate and prioritize user stories and feature requests from Jira backlog
• Create development-ready user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure deliverables align with user needs
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements to improve processes
• Conduct acceptance testing to maintain quality and functionality
• Maintain a forward-looking product roadmap that drives value and efficiency
• Work with support teams to review product feedback and refine the backlog
• Support continuous product improvement through client feedback and peer review


**[Remote] ISP Software Product Owner (ISP experience required) Qualifications**


• 5+ years of product owner or product manager experience required
• 4+ years of experience with ISP billing or operational software required
• Experience designing workflows and software UI/UX required
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) required
• Experience with product management tools like Jira or similar required
• **Fluent in English** with excellent conversational communication skills
