**About The Role
** We are looking for a highly motivated Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting up to three (3) clients at a time, conducting outbound calls, and handling one-off emails as needed. You will not be responsible for list building – your primary focus will be outbound calling and prospect engagement.This role requires a self-managed, experienced SDR who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working across various industries. You must be confident making 40+ calls daily (with some heavier days reaching 100+ when necessary). If you are not comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, this is not the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to engage and qualify potential prospects on behalf of multiple clients.
* Send follow-up emails and manage light email engagement as needed.
* Work across multiple industries, adapting messaging to fit each client’s market.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
* Take ownership of your outbound efforts while being open to feedback and coaching.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of SDR experience, with a proven track record in outbound calling.
* Flawless communication skills – clear, professional, and engaging over the phone.
* Self-managed and disciplined, capable of working independently while being coachable.
* Ability to switch between industries and adapt messaging accordingly.
* Comfortable making 40+ calls per day (with some days requiring 100+ calls).
Job Details
* Remote role – work from anywhere.
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM CST.
* Reports to: SDR Manager – guidance and coaching provided, but you must manage your own workflow.
