About the role:

The Momos Sales team is looking for someone to join our team with a focus on closing new business in North American region. You will be responsible for selling the Momos platform to a large variety of F&B businesses. You will be responsible for sourcing leads and reaching out to potential customers. We are looking for someone that feels comfortable in any situation, is capable of building strong relationships based on trust and integrity and can easily describe new technology. We are looking for self motivated individuals from all backgrounds, who are prepared to take on the challenges and opportunities that come from working in a fast paced, early stage startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach to generate interest in Momos solutionsConduct meaningful discussions with prospects to understand their business challenges and deliver the value of what Momos has to offer, qualify leads, and assess alignment with our product offerings. The candidate should be able to show that he/she has experience in a sales led methodical approach to qualifying leads while engaging in a consultative discussionCraft personalized outreach strategies for key prospects and customer accounts, engaging decision-makers and influencersMaintain detailed records of outreach activities, efforts, and results within Salesforce or other CRM tools to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified leadsCollaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) and the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to streamline handoff processes, refine messaging, and enhance outreach strategiesStay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target client segments to uncover new business opportunities for MomosConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for outreach, meetings booked, and sales accepted opportunities generatedDemonstrate the ability to perform a high volume of daily calls and generate high-quality meetings for Account Executives


Requirements

A proactive self-starter who is highly motivated and capable of thriving in a high-volume outbound sales environment. You should demonstrate persistence and a strong work ethic to achieve resultsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages for enterprise prospects. You should excel in establishing rapport with prospects and articulating complex ideas clearlyA keen interest in understanding Momos technical products, target industries, and client use cases. You should exhibit a desire to continuously learn and grow within the roleA minimum of 1 year of experience in an outbound Sales Development Representative role is preferred. Experience in cold calling and emailing is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have a background in SaaS B2B prospecting. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to support your decisionsAbility to excel in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating an aptitude for effective time management and prioritization. You should be comfortable working remotely and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyArticulate English and Spanish with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style is essentialCandidates must be willing to serve EST & CST timezones
