As a Senior Account Manager for here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth and success in the Colombian market. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow key accounts, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales revenue. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our business by driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and market share. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field Proven track record of success in account management or sales roles Sales experience with Final Client Experience selling Hardware and/or Software, preferably to clients of health/pharma industry Strong insight of the market and business landscape Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

WE VALUE

Desired experience in the industry or sector relevant to the role Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken Strong thoughtful and data-driven decision-making skills
