UX/UI Specialist

Our business is growing fast—but our digital experience must keep up. We need a **proactive UI/UX Designer** who can create seamless, visually compelling, and intuitive user experiences across our platforms. This role is critical: it ensures that our digital interfaces support efficiency, automation, and user engagement, allowing leadership to focus on growth and strategic initiatives without friction in design and usability.

**The Role

** **Key Responsibilities

** **User-Centered Design & Interface Optimization

**
* Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance usability and user engagement.
* Ensure all designs align with brand identity while prioritizing functionality.



**Workflow & Automation Integration

**
* Work closely with automation specialists to enhance user workflows on Monday.com and other internal tools.
* Identify and implement design solutions that simplify processes and reduce manual effort.



**Prototyping & Wireframing

**
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
* Utilize Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools to bring ideas to life and refine user journeys.



**User Testing & Feedback Implementation

**
* Conduct usability testing to identify friction points and improve overall experience.
* Iterate designs based on user behavior, data insights, and stakeholder feedback.



**Collaboration & Cross-Department Support

**
* Work with developers, product managers, and leadership to ensure seamless implementation of design systems.
* Align UI/UX strategies with company goals to support operational efficiency.



**Brand Consistency & Visual Enhancements

**
* Maintain a cohesive design system across all platforms and touchpoints.
* Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, and visual elements.



**Ideal Profile

** **Qualifications

**
* Experience: At least 5 years in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on user experience, workflow optimization, and digital automation.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Experience with Monday.com UI workflows is a plus.
* Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Ability to evaluate user behavior and refine designs accordingly.
* Strong Communication: Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
* Proactive & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, anticipating design needs and implementing solutions before issues arise.
