Dapta is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is designed for a professional with a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts within tech startups or fast-paced companies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in account management, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving revenue growth. As a Key Account Manager at Dapta, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our most critical clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Activation: Ensure every customer is properly onboarded and activated in using the product.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within key accounts and collaborate with sales and product teams to develop strategies that maximize value for both the client and Dapta.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure clients are leveraging our solutions effectively. Address any issues that may arise, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPIs by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within Dapta, providing feedback to the product and development teams to help shape future product offerings and improvements.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activity, sharing insights with internal teams to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of key account management experience in tech startups or fast-paced companies.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and proficient in CRM software (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite.
  • Knowledge: A solid understanding of the tech industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

KPIs

  1. Revenue Growth from Key Accounts: Measures the percentage increase in revenue from key accounts, reflecting successful upselling, cross-selling, and overall account growth.
  2. Customer Retention Rate: Calculates the proportion of key accounts that continue their business with Dapta over a specified period, indicating customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Net Promoter Score (NPS): Assesses the likelihood of key accounts recommending Dapta to others, serving as a direct indicator of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  4. Strategic Initiative Adoption Rate: Tracks the adoption of new products or services by key accounts, demonstrating alignment with Dapta’s strategic goals and innovation uptake.
